I love a good split cassette and I feel like I haven't heard one in a while.   Celeste XxX starts things off here and it's dark.   There is big distorted bass lines and this is just some combination of L7, One Eyed Doll and even Marilyn Manson.   It's got distortion throughout but there are also these electronic tones which pull closer to industrial as well.    Celeste XxX is easily an artist who could've been on "The Crow" soundtrack back in the day and the song "Filthy" just completely reassures me of that.

On the flip side, Uroi Urod has electronic tones with chopped up vocals.   The vocals even become layered to the point where it feels like you're hearing voices.   There are these clanks that are like the banging of pots and pans and through the three songs on this side- which really just flow as one- you'll also hear a saxophone come through in a groove.   It has this aspect of being spoken word in noise but then it can somehow become closer to jazz and with the spoken words it just really works.

While Celeste XxX can gather influences that I recognize and create their own sound, Uroi Urod has a sound unlike any other I've heard before.   I feel like it would be interesting (and worthwhile) to hear these two artists somehow come together to create an album of music or at least a song or two.  I'm not sure how it would sound- if they would take turns on their respective styles or somehow fuse them together- but I bet it would be great.

This is a split where these two artists have almost opposite sounds in terms of loud and not so loud but they somehow work together where they seem like they could play on the same stage.   There really isn't a good reason why you wouldn't like the rock of Celeste XxX and when listening to Uroi Urod it can feel somewhat hypnotic so this definitely seems like you'll be listening to it until you imagine the two sounds coming together, much like I am.
