The
title of this cassette translates to mean changing only those things which need
changing. I find that to be rather
fitting considering that this is minimalistic drone type of ambient music, It begins with spoken words, but then
quickly becomes rather quiet throughout the rest of the experience.
There
are static waves coming through like the ocean and then these quiet whirrs
before we get into what sounds like drops of water dripping into puddles. I
guess the basic idea here- which makes this genius- is that the silence you
would hear on a blank cassette doesn’t change that much and is only slightly
altered as the artist sees best fit.
