I’d give you a big fancy Song by Song Review, but just looking at this track listing pretty much writes this review itself. You have two acoustic Wiretaps songs (Yes, “Promises” is amongst my favorites) as well as two covers (of The Church and Husker Du) and then “100-20 Hindsight” just kind of finds its way in here, but it is also a rusty acoustic sort of song.
Yes, this is not the electro crazy casiotopia side of The Illegal Wiretaps, but rather a more stripped down version of them.
