I’ve
written more reviews for The Watermark High than I can really remember, so I
feel like if you haven’t heard of them and enjoy the music by now then my
writing this might be a lost cause.
Regardless of my futile attempts to win you over if you haven’t already
been, this is a collection of six songs worth of beats, loops, vocals and some
all around smooth jazz sounds.
At
times, I can hear the 8bit come out when it sounds like Mario is jumping, but
this is primarily instrumental music (The vocals don’t tend to have lyrics)
that just makes me want to shout out: “Drop that beat!”
