These
are two new songs from Emo Side Project, and I am hesitant to call them emo
because that tag usually comes with bad vibes, but I mean, it is a word in the project
name so it’s not really like this is being biased or something. Ultimately, these sound like the type of
songs that would be on a Drive Thru Records compilation such as “You’ll Never
Eat Fast Food Again” or from that era back when I knew all the bands on Drive
Thru.
In
an interesting note, these songs both clock in under four minutes so it would
be quite ideal to release this as a cassingle of four minutes per side. Someone should certainly do it, as I’d
definitely be in favor of having these two songs on cassette.
