SPOTIFY REVIEW: Crosses (Sumerian Records)

             This is weird.  It’s not quite Linkin Park on their catchier tunes, but it’s also not quite as dark as something like Stabbing Westward, which really isn’t all that dark anyway.   It’s a lighter version of Stabbing Westward, basically.

            This combines synth pop with drumbeats and dark, ambient sort of rock.  I then went back to read that it’s from the guy from the Deftones and it immediately made sense.   Remember when Daryl from Glassjaw did Head Automatica?  Yeah, this is kind of like that except that I like this a lot less.
