This
is what happens when you combine the trend of the moment sound of Mumford &
Sons or something similarly folk with something else along the lines of
rockabilly, such as a Brian Setzer for instance. It’s not that this is bad; it’s just that it
is a bit repetitive and bland. Though it
only has the slightest hint of ska in it (the very slightest) I’m reminded of
that ska band who sets a bad example for ska by having that one annoying guitar
hook over and over throughout their entire album.
