CD REVIEW: Big Orange Fluff “Thirty Years Disinterred”

Big Orange FluffThirty Years Disinterred
Initially, Big Orange Fluff sounds like a middle of the road indie rock band that alternates between male and female vocals.   The first song on this EP left me feeling anything but inspired.  Then we hit the second song and I think to myself, “No, I haven’t heard Fastball in awhile”.   The third track has that Get Up Kids/Rocket Summer/EFS sound to it, which is not necessarily bad just been done to death (Pardon the expression, to the late Mr. Smith)

At the fourth and final song we wind up right back where we started.   And we are none the better for it.
