Premieres New Remix of Blue Foundation's "Describe"

Brian Suarez, as the sonic identity Allies For Everyone, kicks off 2013 right with a stylish new remix for Brooklyn dream pop/electronica collective Blue Foundation's track "Describe" on In My Mind I Am Free Reconstructed (out now on Dead People's Choice). Suarez's reworking layers softly-folding vocals to create a gently smothering cloud over a dark, pulsing beat. The dark, aural phantasm purveying this track belongs in a smoky dancefloor deep in a Bushwick warehouse.

The synth-pop purveyor also  just dropped Scavenger (The Remix EP) - a remix single package of the title track from his recently released Scavenger EP on December 4th.  The EP includes mixes by the infamous and much celebrated artist/DJ/producer/remixer Tommie Sunshine and Downlow'd, The Night Owl and Son Of Sound.

Last month PopMatters premiered the new video for the single off Scavenger (watch it HERE). The video was produced by Jerry Kolber (produced Queer Eye, National Geographic's Brain Games, Inked) in collaboration with Chris Van Cleef (National Geographic) and Renee Bejil (New World Order).
Allies For Everyone specializes in dreamy, introspective synth-pop with percolating 90s electro house to create an infectious soundtrack with that rare ability to command a dance floor while simultaneously pulling at your heart strings. While drawing comparisons to artists like Pet Shop Boys, Jamie Jones, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs and Bag Raiders, Suarez has nurtured his own unique, sultry and breezy sound that's been hailed as “skillfully crafted synthpop that’s very listenable in the living room, yet bumps enough to get everybody’s feet moving in the club” (Magnetic Magazine) and the "perfect marriage of electropop and deep, sexy house” (Steve Madden).
