MP3 REVIEW: Borderline Symphony “EP1”

These five songs from Borderline Symphony really do change per song, but they have that rock theme to them that almost brings out the dream pop.   They have these fast guitars sometimes that remind me of Foo Fighters, yet other times can get acoustic and slower.   Of course they also have some strings come out ever so slightly, which is what I believe pays homage to their name.

There are moments of acoustic guitars over drum machine beats and this also can become somewhat trippy like The Beatles, but overall this is just some good old fashioned rock and roll in a dream state, regardless of whether or not you’re on the drugs.

Borderline Symphony is a Swiss band that sings in their native language, but don’t think for one second that will hinder your appreciation of this EP, as once again music proves it is the universal language of all that is good and right with the world.
