I’m
not sure when the first time that I heard Xiu Xiu was, but it was around their
first album. I’ve always wanted to do a
complete discography review of them, as so far I’ve only apparently ever gotten
a review done for last year’s Nina Simone covers album.
I
do like these songs. I like the line “The
truck you drive could easily crash into another pickup truck”. But I think really I just need to go through,
review all of their previous albums and then come back and give this one
another go.
