When I press play, I hear something that can only be described as 8bit spazz with Hellogoodbye vocals. I partially like the insanity of it, but also picture a room full of listeners having seizures. As I continue throughout the songs, it turns into some generic indie pop rock with high pitched vocals. This had the chance to go somewhere great, to do something I hadn’t really heard before, to impress me, but then it just turned into something like Gnarls Barkley, Gorillaz or to a lesser extent Michael Jackson. Disappointed and moving on.
