SPOTIFY REVIEW: Arcade Fire “Reflektor”

            I’ve liked everything that Arcade Fire has done up until now, but this album is just something that I can’t get into for various reasons.   In the titular track, they sing about being a reflection of a reflection and so on, which just reminds me too much of the Nine Inch Nails song earlier this year about being a copy of a copy and so on. 

            Through the three albums I have already from Arcade Fire, I couldn’t really give you a list of favorite songs or say “Oh yeah, they sound like…”, but I do know that I have liked them and in some ways that’s all that matters.   This newest album, however, reminds me too much of a band like The Clash and thus it is a pass for me.
