Robot
Williams has collected four cover songs on this EP and they are all from the
1980’s, hence the title “80 BIT”.
While this does have what would be the chiptune/8-bit sound to it
musically, it also does have vocals which kind of make it sound a little more
closer to the pop rock side of electronic things.
I am,
to a rather small extent, hearing Panic! At the Disco coming out of these
songs, but to a much greater extent I can pick out bits of Hellogoodbye. However you slice it though, these songs
are good and they have their own identity.
I am ready for more Robot Williams!
