BARDOT
combines all of the classic bands you like with the modern bands that you
probably don’t. This is pop rock with a
jam band, Zeppelin or Pink Floyd come out and to some extent the Beatles as
well.
The
third song, “Satellite”, seems to be their version of “Under Pressure”, though
it somehow manages to work for them.
The fourth song can also shine some Soul Asylum on the album.
This
album on the whole is too middle of the road for me and I wish it’d just pick a
side, but I do need to point out as a Seussian that they reference Green Eggs
and Ham during the last song.
