SPOTIFY REVIEW: Phosphorescent “Muchacho”

             This album begins with a song that recalls Mumford & Sons.   It’s not that bad, because then we get into something a little bit more classic ala Bruce Springsteen or Tom Petty.

            I really think when I listen to this second song that it’s Johnny Cash’s “Ring of Fire”, based on the lyrics, but it is not.  And that pretty much sums up how I feel about this album on the whole: It’s everything I think that it is not.
