SPOTIFY REVIEW: Brick + Mortar “Bangs”

                “I know you’ve got the anger of a burning sun” is a line from this EP.  I actually don’t have the anger of a burning anything because anger is a waste of time for me, but I do appreciate the sentiment. 

                The first song on here has a chorus that sings “I think I’m going to…” and to me that always sounds like the chorus of “Turning Japanese”, but maybe it’s just me.

                This can be pop and catchy, like Capitol Cities, but it also has the musical qualities of White Stripes at times.  Lyrically, this isn’t rap but it has the flow of someone like Cage the Elephant.

                In some sort of twisted way, yes, I do like this.
