MP3 REVIEW: 90s Television “Small Pumpkin”

                When you name a band 90s Television, it’s funny if you end up sounding like 90s rock.  Though their sound has this very non-offensive quality which borders on surf and garage at times, I’m not sure if they would exactly be 90s rock or not.

                At times, their music really does sound closer to “Rubber Soul” era Beatles versus anything done in the 1990s.   So I guess this band just really likes television from the 1990s (And who doesn’t?  That’s when I spent my teenage years), but if you’re looking for covers of Jessie and the Rippers or Urkel’s band, you’ll have to keep looking elsewhere.
