This is dream pop rock mixed with undertones of a band like One-Eyed Doll, especially when she sings about being insane and giving me poison at one point. It’s a nice tempo for the verses, but then it really kicks in during the chorus, so yeah, I do enjoy this song even with the speaking bit.
