Suzy Blu “Last Night” [single]
I’m not the biggest fan of this song as an original (Yes, it is a cover of The Strokes “hit”) but the way this song is musically structured with the distorted guitar chords, female and male vocals and just overall feel, I would definitely like this version if I didn’t know The Strokes version existed. I also am able to listen to this version while ignoring the fact that the original exists because it just doesn’t sound as close enough that it really matters.
