Venomous Maximus "The Mission"
For those unfamiliar with the lesser known G.I. Joe movies, Venomous Maximus is actually a character that Cobra turned General Hawk into using some cool machine that made for a fun toy back in the early 2000s.
This band, on the other hand, is mostly sounding like a spoken word version of the Misfits.
