SPOTIFY REVIEW: Holograms “Forever”

Do you like the Smiths?  How about The Cure?  If you do, then you’re in luck.  Let me tell you about this great new album that sounds exactly like those bands.   It is called “Forever”, as an homage to how long people will be replicating the sounds of Morrissey and Robert Smith and it’s by a band called Holograms.

Now, you see, Holograms is a very fitting name for this band because a hologram is not actually something new in the original sense, but rather it is a variation of something that previously exists.  It basically alters an existing image, if you will.   It’s a new take on the old and all that jazz.

And that’s exactly how this band makes me feel.  Though since music is just a mouse click away, I don’t really need bands to replace the previous bands I’ve mentioned, so this is somewhat fruitless.
