MP3 REVIEW: Flying Batteries “Life in Monochrome”

Rarely do I find the opportunity to present a band to you of this nature, but that is what Flying Batteries are fortune enough to allow me to do.

At first, I think I hear something like The Killers or The Bravery coming out from within these songs.  But then the synth rock grows faster and gets even more of a dance beat.   I begin to hear Panic at the Disco before this takes a turn for the goth.

From Bauhaus to Joy Division to Depeche Mode, Flying Batteries demonstrates the perfect style for the gothic rock opera on “Life in Monochrome” and I am in love.
