CD REVIEW: Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros “Here”

Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic ZerosHere
I could describe the music of Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros to you a number of different ways.   They have both male and female vocals, for a sort of folk improv band that has hints of oompah and Australia in it.   They also could be described as an acoustic version of The White Stripes, or maybe like an old slave song (Such as if you listen to the song sung at the end of the movie “The Jerk”)   But I mainly like to think of them as some sort of real life version of Electric Mayhem and that’s all right with me.
